1. Common reasons for account deactivation
- This Apple ID is frequently logged in on multiple devices, triggering security risk control;
- If you enter the wrong login password multiple times, the system will automatically lock and deactivate it;
- The account has not been logged in for a long time, and the iTunes Store has deactivated the account for security reasons.
2. Self-service unlocking steps (common to mobile phones/computers)
- The login page prompts you to deactivate the account, click [Forgot Password], or the browser opens the Apple Account Management page, enter the deactivated Apple ID, and click Next.
- Choose one of two identity unlocking methods:
- Method 1: Mailbox verification, use the mailbox bound when registering the account to receive verification emails;
- Method 2: Answer the security prompt questions (recommended) ① First fill in the date of birth when the account was registered, and click Next; ② Enter the answers to all the security questions in turn, and submit them for identity verification.
- After the verification is passed, you can choosereset your passwordor directlyUnlock Apple ID。
- After choosing to unlock the account, log in to the Apple ID again with the new password, and the account will resume normal use.
3. Important precautions
- The birthday and secret answers required to unlock are included in the supporting information when purchasing the account and are saved in advance for later use;
- It is recommended to change the password immediately after unlocking is completed, log in on a fixed device, reduce multiple device switching, and avoid being deactivated again;
